A real Fulltank invite page: Sunrise Run — Lonavala Loop, an open ride with the route map, stops A to C with times, four riders in, and one orange I'm-in button.

How a ride happens

From idea to kickstand-up,
in four screens

Real screens from the app — this is the whole thing. About 60 seconds to set up, zero installs needed by your riders.

Set up the ride

Name it, pick a date, drop your stops on the map — meetup point, fuel halt, viewpoint. Open to nearby riders or link-only.

The New Ride screen with the ride name Sunrise Run — Lonavala Loop, date and time pickers, a route map, and stops A Kharghar Chai Point, B Khopoli Fuel Halt, C Lions Point Lonavala.

One tap sends a formatted invite to your WhatsApp group — route, distance, meet time, and the link. That's the whole invite.

The Ride created screen showing the shareable fulltank link, a green Share on WhatsApp button, and the list of riders who joined: Asha, Rohan, and Zoya.

Riders tap “I'm in”

No download, no sign-up. The link opens the route, they type a name, and they're counted. You see who's in as it happens.

The invite link page a rider sees without the app: the route map, stops with distances and times, four riders in, and the I'm-in button.

Ride day, live

Go live and every link becomes a check-in page. You watch per-stop counts fill in — who's here, who's still on the way.

The organizer live view: ride marked LIVE, route map, stop A Kharghar Chai Point with 3 of 4 reached and rider check-in times, Zoya listed under not here yet.

One link on WhatsApp is the whole invite

Fulltank writes the message for you — route, distance, meet time — and the link unfurls into a proper ride card. Your group chat does the rest.

Ride-day check-ins

Mark “arrived” without touching your phone

When the ride goes live, every invite link turns into a check-in page. The group regroups at every stop — and nobody gets left at the fuel pump.

Geo-fenced stops

Roll within 150 m of a stop with the page open and you're checked in automatically. Gloves stay on.

Or one tap yourself

No GPS? Tap “I've reached” on the ride link. The organizer can also mark anyone in — whatever's fastest at the chai stall.

Nobody left behind

Per-stop counts show who's here and who's still on the way — so the group never pulls out while someone's paying for fuel.
